    We are a recognized American Heart Association® Training Center and Health and Safety Institute (HSI) Training Site. We offer monthly training on various topics for employees and partnering agencies.

    Custer Ambulance Service always has a need for emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced emergency medical technicians (AEMTs), and paramedics to serve our community.

Our Service Area

 Custer Ambulance Service covers 860 square miles in the Custer region, providing a crucial service to rural areas. Our district’s boundaries extend across most of Custer County, down into Wind Cave National Park, over toward the Wyoming border and up toward Hermosa.
